This notice explains what personal information Camiro receives through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It’s short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Camiro is run by Rémy El Youssef in the United Kingdom. Camiro is not yet a registered company; until it is, Rémy El Youssef is responsible for your information (the “controller”). You can reach us at hello@camiro.ai.

What we collect

  • When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include.
  • When you book a call: your name, email address, company, role, any notes you add and the time you choose. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
  • When you visit the site: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t ask for patient or health information. Please don’t send any.

What we don’t do

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn’t load content from other companies — its fonts and videos are served from the site itself. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it to make automated decisions about you.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your message, and to arrange and hold the conversations you ask for.
  • To follow up about a possible pilot, if you’ve told us you’re interested.
  • To keep the website working and secure.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and exploring working together. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement, we also rely on that.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of providers who handle information on our behalf:

  • GitHub — website hosting
  • Porkbun — domain name and email forwarding
  • Google — email (Gmail), calendar and Google Meet video calls
  • Cal.com — call booking

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

If you follow a link to another site, such as LinkedIn or our Cal.com booking page, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking details for up to two years after our last contact. If we start working together, we keep what’s needed for that work for as long as it continues. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider in line with its standard practice.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or stop using it, and to transfer it to you. Email hello@camiro.ai and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this notice

If anything changes — for example, if we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics or register the company — we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
